Position Overview: As Vice President, PMO & Operations, you will architect and lead the operational backbone that powers the next stage of our growth. The Vice President, PMO & Operations will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead agency-wide project management, operational efficiency, and strategic program delivery. This executive-level role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational oversight to align resources, processes, and priorities for exceptional client and agency outcomes. The VP will oversee both the Project Management Office (PMO) and core operational functions, with a Sr. Director of PMO/Operations reporting into this role to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years of experience in operations, PMO leadership, or program management in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Expertise in process design, change management, and operational scaling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimization.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to operate at the executive level, influencing decisions and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
