We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Product Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL or Jersey City, NY In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Lead the development and execution of product strategies by leveraging industry expertise and market insights to enhance product offerings. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement by demonstrating effective stakeholder management. * Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining robust product governance and risk management practices. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to promote product adoption and client satisfaction. * Provide thought leadership and guidance on product management best practices to support the development of the product management function. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. * Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. * Typically 5-8 years of experience. * Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Proficient in product lifecycle management and governance to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. * Strong working knowledge of the U.S. Retirement Market is desired. The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
