We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Management to join our Client Activation team. This role is located in Pune In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:    * Independently leads change and transformation projects by delivering moderately complex initiatives within defined scope, timelines, and standardized processes. * Ability to lead moderately complex client-driven change projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, governance, and financial targets. Brings change/business analysis expertise, with preferred experience in Asset Servicing or Capital Markets/Investment Banking * Analyzes business and client needs to develop recommendations, define requirements, and translate them into functional designs, testing plans, and supporting documentation. * Maintains strong project governance through management of risks, issues, resources, QA controls, and reporting for senior management, financial oversight, and board updates. * Builds and tracks project plans and financials by creating resource-leveled plans, monitoring budgets, capturing revenue and overhead data, and maintaining project records and audit trails. * Facilitates stakeholder engagement and decision-making through client/internal workshops, project meetings, and production of reports and presentations for review and sign-off. * Supports continuous improvement and project oversight by monitoring progress, escalating issues, contributing analytical expertise, participating in system testing, and assisting with post-implementation reviews.     To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:    * Have ~10 years experience in Project management or Business Analysis * Preferable, but not mandatory- Experienced in Fund Administration operations/ change management * PRINCE2 / PMP preferred for roles with Project / Change Management accountability * Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required   At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom [https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html] BNY LinkedIn  [https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all]    Here’s a few of our recent awards:  * America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 * World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 * “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
