Description

Collaborate with Product Manager, Operations, Engineering, Design, and Architects to drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Turn client and data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. 6-10 years of direct product management experience in end user applications in Wealth Management, Broker Dealer, Custody, or Consumer Facing fintech space. Alternatively, MBA with 3+ years' experience in general management consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, Deloitte) within their Financial Services practice or their digital arms focused on Financial Services clients. Master's degree in engineering or business from Tier 1 schools. Proven track record of delivering products with a customer-first mindset. Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles.
