Description

Translate customer challenges, such as disparate payroll systems, compliance complexity, and data fragmentation into a clear roadmap of product investments. Anticipate trends in global payroll, compliance, and AI to ensure OneView leads the market. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch to continuous optimization. Take the lead of global payroll and workforce management compliance requirements for the core addressable UKG markets. Ensure seamless integration of payroll engines into UGK One View as well as other UKG products and offerings in the broader suite. Build and mentor a high-performing global product management team dedicated to OneView. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across product, engineering, and design. Influence executive peers and cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed environment. Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners to understand needs and validate solutions. Act as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, ensuring adoption and satisfaction. Represent UKG, Global Payroll and One View at industry events and forums, positioning the platform as a market leader in global payroll innovation. Ensure Global Payroll maintains the highest standards for security, compliance, and data privacy across jurisdictions. Embed responsible AI and perpetual validation practices to reduce errors, improve compliance, and build trust. 10+ years of progressive product management leadership, including executive-level experience. Demonstrated success leading enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally with payroll, HCM, or global workforce technology. Deep knowledge of multi-country payroll, compliance requirements, and global HR operations. Proven track record of delivering platform-scale products with significant business and customer impact.
