Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer engineering (based on a BS or MS in CS, or equivalent experience) Strong Analytical Skills, Able to comprehend and dissect a problem. 6-8 years of diverse experience in information technology required Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, fast learner, willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things. Experience with IT automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc. Exposure to Agile development processes and tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Kanban. Recommend technical solutions for application problems. Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy. Some experience with problem management or collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GIT and Service Now. Well versed in managing incident calls during outages and taking it to closure with root cause determination. Responsible for answering client inquiries (general support, some technical and general business analysis)
