**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support at BNY is a pivotal role within the Tech - Production Services function, specifically focusing on the Infrastructure Operations job family. The incumbent will leverage deep expertise in infrastructure support to drive technology solutions that meet the evolving demands of BNY's global operations. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Lead infrastructure operations by implementing industry best practices and leveraging advanced technologies to ensure seamless service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize infrastructure solutions, by demonstrating expertise in production services. - Oversee incident management and resolution processes, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining service integrity. - Analyze performance metrics and trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance infrastructure efficiency. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, by maintaining comprehensive documentation and audit trails. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** Typically 6-10 years of experience. **SKILLS:** - Expertise in infrastructure operations and production services management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
