Job Title Vice President - Projects Reporting To Kannan C V Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 4B Job Objective The Vice President – Projects will lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The VP will oversee project governance, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while driving operational excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities KPIs 1) Define and implement project management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies and tools. 2) Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 3) Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. 4) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and clients. SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Minimum qualification which are essential to execute the role. Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Project Management / Business Administration (Master’s preferred) Experience 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Competencies CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Strategic thinking and decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
