Expected pay for this position is $99.42 - $131.73/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Provider Contracting and Compensation is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and optimization of contracting, compensation programs, benefits eligibility and structure, and performance incentives for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Accountable for management of scheduling services for designated shift-based physicians and Advance Practice Providers (APPs). Works closely with key stakeholders, including provider leadership, finance, and executive leadership, to ensure that compensation and benefits strategies align with organizational goals, industry standards, and legal/regulatory requirements. Leads the Provider Services Center of Excellence for OSF Healthcare. This executive-level position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of healthcare compensation practices, as well as the ability to collaborate across all regions and markets to enhance provider satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational performance.
