As the Vice President of Regional Service Centre, you will be an integral part of the Regional Service Centre (RSC) operations management team, contributing to the outsourcing operations to Malaysia. This involves setting up standard operating procedures, recruiting, and training staff within the RSC to maintain high standards of service. Additionally, you will establish operating procedures for Singapore's oversight on the RSC, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with regional standards. Developing a team of staff in Singapore to handle HNW clients' policy services will also be a key aspect of your role, ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to our esteemed clients. You will play a pivotal role in leading and organizing a High Net Worth (HNW) policy service team. Your responsibilities will encompass the training and development of this team to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will undertake leadership responsibilities in: Transitioning Processes and People: Lead the transition of processes and personnel to the Regional Service Centre (RSC) in Malaysia, ensuring a smooth and efficient transfer of operations. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip the new team in Malaysia with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle HNW policy services. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of staff in the RSC, ensuring that the team is well-prepared to meet the high standards of service expected by our clients. Setting Up HNW Customer Service Processing Team: Establish a dedicated HNW customer service processing team within the RSC, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our high-value clients. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the HNW customer service team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new technologies to enhance service quality. Possess a degree holder and professional insurance qualifications Has more than 15 years of working experience in the insurance industry, preferably in roles related to insurance policy administration Is experienced in managing an off-shore centre Is experienced working in the life insurance industry in Malaysia Possess the ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and strong business acumen Is prepared to travel and undertake short overseas assignments How you succeed Champion and embody our Core Values in everyday tasks and interactions.
