We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Reconciliations & Control team. This role is based in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the development and implementation of regulatory oversight strategies by demonstrating expertise in compliance and control mechanisms. Conduct comprehensive analyses of regulatory requirements, ensuring all processes align with current laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the regulatory framework, ensuring effective oversight and control measures are in place. Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Monitor and report on regulatory changes, advising management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory oversight function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Proven track record in regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
