Overview The Vice President – Rental is a senior growth leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and maximizing return on assets across Quinn Cat’s Rental Equipment portfolio, including Heavy Rents. This role owns full P&L accountability and leads a complex, multi-location operation across Southern and Central California. The Vice President plays a critical role in scaling the business through disciplined execution, strategic investment, and strong cross-functional partnership, while aligning with Quinn Cat Rentals – Aerial, Earthmoving, Material Handling, Lift & Warehouse growth objectives. Wages Starting wage for the Vice President - Rental will depend on experience and education. $250,000 - $320,000 Responsibilities Scope of Responsibilities Business Lines: Rental Services, Heavy Rents Geographic Coverage: Southern and Central California Financial Accountability: Full P&L ownership for all assigned operations and assets Key Responsibilities Drive profitable growth through market expansion, fleet optimization, and customer-focused execution. Set and execute multi-year growth strategies aligned with enterprise objectives. Own financial performance, including revenue growth, margins, operating expenses, and capital deployment. Optimize fleet composition, asset lifecycle management to maximize ROI. Partner with sales and marketing to strengthen go-to-market strategies and key account growth. Build and lead high-performing leadership teams that deliver results through accountability and execution. Champion safety, compliance, and operational excellence while enabling scalable growth. Represent Quinn Cat Rentals with key customers, partners, and industry organizations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 10+ years of senior leadership experience within equipment rental, heavy equipment, or related industries. Proven success driving growth in multi-site, asset-intensive businesses with full P&L responsibility. Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership capabilities. Executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and lead at all levels of the organization. Travel & Work Environment Combination of office, branch, and field environments.
