Responsibilities Lead the strategic transformation of revenue cycle into a technology-enabled, system-level function Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denial management Drive measurable improvements in key performance metrics such as AR days, denial rates, cash acceleration, and net revenue yield Partner with executive leadership to align revenue cycle strategy with financial and operational goals Lead and develop a high-performing team of revenue cycle leaders Build and manage relationships with external partners, including managed services organizations Leverage data, analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and performance Strengthen payer strategy and collaboration with contracting teams Qualifications 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience in a large, complex health system Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end revenue cycle functions Experience driving transformation, including process improvement, centralization, or system integration Experience working with external partners or managed services organizations Strong understanding of payer strategy, reimbursement models, and revenue cycle performance metrics Proven ability to influence and partner with executive leadership Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
