The Vice President, Revenue Management, Analytics & Insights is a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide revenue optimization strategy. This role provides strategic direction across pricing, inventory management, promotions, and distribution channels to maximize revenue growth, profitability, and market share. As a key member of the commercial leadership team, the Vice President, Revenue Management, Analytics & Insights will drive alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution, leveraging advanced analytics, technology, and cross-functional leadership to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across global markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership * Develop and lead the company’s holistic revenue management strategy across all products, channels, geographies, and customer segments. * Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on revenue performance, market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities. * Define long-term pricing, yield management, and inventory optimization frameworks aligned to business objectives. Revenue Optimization & Commercial Execution * Oversee the design and execution of dynamic pricing strategies, promotional planning, and demand forecasting models. * Ensure effective integration of revenue strategies across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations. * Drive optimization of all revenue streams through continuous monitoring, testing, and refinement of pricing and promotional tactics. * Maintain accountability for pricing accuracy, consistency, and governance across all platforms (direct, GDS, third-party, and emerging channels). Operational Excellence & Systems Leadership * Lead end-to-end revenue operations, ensuring seamless execution of promotional builds, pricing updates, and inventory controls. * Partner with IT and Data teams to advance automation, system integration, and scalability of revenue management platforms. * Champion digital transformation initiatives, including advanced analytics, forecasting tools, including AI-driven pricing capabilities. * Establish standardized processes and best practices across global markets to ensure operational consistency and efficiency. Cross-Functional Leadership * Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Reservations, and IT to align on revenue goals and execution plans. * Lead the go-to-market readiness for new products, ensuring pricing structures, promotions, and revenue systems are accurately deployed. * Influence cross-functional decision-making through data-driven insights and performance analysis. People Leadership & Organizational Development * Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Management and Revenue Operations organization. * Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and capability-building programs across revenue disciplines.  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide executive oversight to Directors, Managers, and Analysts within Revenue Management and Revenue Operations. * Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management for the function. * Drive employee engagement, retention, and development aligned with company values and leadership principles. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Finance, or related fields. * Proven success leading large-scale revenue functions within complex, multi-channel organizations. * Travel, hospitality, or related industry experience strongly preferred. Technical & Analytical Expertise * Deep expertise in pricing strategy, yield management, forecasting, and revenue optimization methodologies. * Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI); experience with advanced analytics platforms preferred. * Experience with revenue management systems, distribution platforms, and enterprise data environments.
