Ideal Profile and Success Metrics: * VP/Senior Director experience in RevOps or Sales Ops * Background in Consulting, SI, or Enterprise SaaS * $200M+ revenue, multi-BU experience * Growth or post-M&A environments * Ability to Forecast accuracy within ±5–10% * Higher conversion and velocity * Reduced slippage * Increased quota attainment What You’ll Own: Sales Velocity, Deal Progression & Execution: • Drive stage-by-stage conversion improvement • Identify stalled deals and implement recovery actions • Partner with sellers and managers to advance priority deals • Enforce deal inspection frameworks • Implement weekly deal, pipeline, and forecast reviews • Standardize stages, exit criteria, and rigor • Embed accountability across business units Performance Insights, Forecast Accuracy & Commit Discipline: • Own forecasting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) • Improve commit accuracy and predictability • Diagnose gaps early and drive course correction • Create transparency on risk, slippage, and upside • Translate data into actionable guidance • Focus on leading indicators: velocity, conversion, aging, win/loss Pipeline Health & Coverage: • Define pipeline quality standards • Ensure 3+ quarters of forward coverage • Lead pipeline inspections • Identify and activate responses to structural gaps Multi-BU & Post-M&A Alignment: • Drive consistency across business units • Support integration of acquired teams • Enable cross-sell execution   Argano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
