VICE PRESIDENT OF REVENUE OPERATIONS (ROPS)

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to drive operational strategy, execution, and innovation for DaVita’s revenue cycle team. This executive will be a leader in shaping our long-term organizational vision and owning the execution, including, creating and leading transformational initiatives, executing on our technology strategy, maximizing financial performance, and creating and fostering a special place for teammates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or related field)
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in an operational leadership role (revenue operations not required), preferably within a similar industry with comparable scale
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating large-scale teams in a complex operational environment achieving financial objectives
  • Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process optimization
  • Strong ability to influence at the executive level as well motivate their team to drive organization-wide change
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to manage budgets along with a large team
  • Experience navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks in healthcare revenue operations a plus
