Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a scalable, high-performing sales team across regions and sales channels.
  • Grow and enhance a robust national distribution and contractor network to maximize product reach and customer access.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across the HVAC value chain, including trade professionals, distribution networks, and construction stakeholders.
