Description
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience within the electrical or renewable energy industry Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license Bachelor's degree in Engineering MBA Position Success Criteria: Experience penetrating new and emerging market segments and technologies Ability to manage conflict using leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of how to synthesize complex business propositions in the electrical distribution industry Ability to establish customer relationships within the market area Experience with value and solution based sales and marketing Understanding financial aspects of developing renewable energy projects Experience with Renewable / Distributed Energy, including Residential, Commercial and Utility scale applications Ability to build effective teams using time management, presentation, training, and teamwork skills Experience in a cross-functional business with demonstrated success in working within a heavily matrixed organization This includes competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $176000 - $258000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
