ABOUT THE ROLE
DDS Wireless is seeking a seasoned and strategic executive to lead our Sales and Marketing organization as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, focused on transforming the transportation industry through our innovative SaaS solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving growth, outperforming in competitive markets, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.
The successful candidate is a passionate, results-oriented leader who will drive growth with new and existing customers, build a focused customer acquisition strategy, and create a business development plan that enables a robust pipeline of new business. The successful candidate is also a leader who understands the need to balance proactive prospecting (hunting) to capture new customers and strong account management (farming) to retain and grow existing customer accounts. The successful candidate will be based in Vancouver, BC.
