Job Description Job Title: Vice President – Sales, Marketing & Growth Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Preference for candidates based in Western Suburbs) Industry: IT Services / Software Development About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, revenue-driven VP – Sales & Marketing who can build pipeline, generate demand, and close deals independently. This role is for a doer + closer, not just a manager. You will own end-to-end revenue from lead generation to deal closure with minimal dependency on large sales teams. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Revenue Ownership Own the full sales funnel: lead generation → qualification → closure → account growth Personally drive and close high-value enterprise deals Build a predictable and scalable revenue pipeline 2. Demand Generation (Core Focus) Build and execute strong outbound + inbound demand generation strategy Run campaigns across: LinkedIn outreach Email campaigns Performance marketing Webinars, events, and content Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise clients Ensure consistent flow of qualified leads (SQLs) 3. Founder-Level Selling Actively engage with CXOs and decision-makers Lead negotiations and close large IT/software deals Build long-term client relationships 4. Lean Growth Engine Build a high-output, low-headcount sales model Use tools, automation, and AI to scale outreach and conversions Create repeatable sales and marketing playbooks 5. Go-To-Market Strategy Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target segments Position services (software development, SaaS, AI, cloud) effectively Identify new markets and growth opportunities 6.
