GATE Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Sales & Marketing to lead the company’s revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. This executive role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies across local and international markets, driving business development, and strengthening iGATE’s position as a trusted technology partner. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Define and execute the overall sales and marketing vision aligned with iGATE Technologies’ business objectives. Drive short-term and long-term revenue growth strategies for IT services, software solutions, and digital offerings. Act as a core member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy and decision-making. Sales Leadership Own company-wide revenue targets and sales performance. Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales and business development teams. Develop sales pipelines, forecasts, KPIs, and incentive structures. Lead enterprise sales, key accounts, partnerships, and channel sales. Identify and pursue opportunities in local and international markets (UK, US, Europe, etc.). Marketing Leadership Lead brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives. Oversee digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, PR, and campaigns. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and client touchpoints. Measure and optimize marketing performance, ROI, and lead conversion. Client & Market Growth Identify new business opportunities, industries, and verticals. Strengthen client acquisition, retention, and upselling strategies. Represent iGATE Technologies at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Finance, and People & Culture teams. Support pricing strategies, proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations. Ensure alignment between sales promises and delivery capabilities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 10–15+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in IT services / software / technology companies. Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading high-performing teams. Experience with enterprise sales, international clients, and B2B markets.
