As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Lead (US) to be at the forefront of our growth journey. Lead will have an opportunity to shape the company’s US go-to-market strategy.
Position: Vice President Sales
USA Travel: Required for conferences, client meetings, and industry events
Role: We are looking for a hunter—a strategic and hands-on sales leader—who can open new doors, drive new client acquisition, and build strong relationships in the US region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in IT services sales and the ability to work closely with India-based technical and leadership teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services sales with at least 4+ years focused on the US market.
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT services delivery models, including offshore/onsite collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. *      Willingness to travel across the US for client meetings and events.
  • Ability to work independently while closely coordinating with offshore teams in India

Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the US IT services market (mid-to large enterprises)
  • Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and participation in industry conferences/events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings across the US.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are met.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with India-based solution and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting.
