Your Contribution:

As the Vice President of Software Development, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple teams within our business unit, driving software innovation, and ensuring that our development strategies align with the organization’s goals. Your leadership and strong SaaS architecture background will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

  • Leadership: Provide professional, organizational, and personnel leadership to several software development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and mentoring.
  • Strategic Development: Define and develop software development strategies that focus on strong SaaS architecture and leverage cloud technologies to enhance scalability and flexibility.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure processes, quality, and security standards are met across all software developments, driving performance and operational excellence through well-defined KPIs.
  • Synchronization: Synchronize development requirements from product teams with overall business area objectives to ensure cohesive project efforts and innovations.
  • Coaching and Reporting: Mentor team members in best practices and emerging technologies while regularly reporting progress and innovations to management.

What you bring along:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in software development leadership roles, particularly in the SaaS sector and healthcare industry, with a strong track record of successful project management in cloud environments.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and familiarity with Lean Management principles and practices.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud solutions, system design, and architecture, distributed systems, and various software architectures, along with expertise in quality management and automation.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership qualities, with a focus on fostering a positive culture, mentoring team members, and encouraging career development and effective feedback mechanisms within diverse teams.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills that enable effective dialogue with various stakeholders, including team members, executives, and external partners.
