QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum 12 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with a strong record in IT operations, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing business continuity and disaster recovery in complex environments.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation projects and technology modernization efforts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS), enterprise systems (Salesforce), and IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent executive communication skills and a track record of partnering effectively with C-level leaders and cross departmental functions.

The VP, Technology Operations & Digital Transformation will be accountable for driving the following critical elements of organizational transformation:

• Technology Adoption: Leading the implementation and integration of advanced digital technologies including cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI).
• Process Modernization: Streamlining and automating core business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce overall costs.
• Customer Engagement: Elevating the quality of service and stakeholder engagement through digital platforms, data-informed outreach, and multi-channel communication.
• Innovation: Creating an ecosystem that encourages experimentation, agile development, and innovation in products, services, and delivery models.
