We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Product Manager I to join our Alternative Investment TA Technology team. This is a hybrid role located in Lake Mary Florida (3 Days a Week in Office)

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Sets ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively
Owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes and Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements
Utilizing design thinking frameworks to lead and facilitate workshops to understand client and market needs, develop a compelling solution and business case and map client journeys
Translates user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintains a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
Works closely with platform leaders to establish each Group’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
Monitors the risk and regulatory environment and partners with the senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed
Facilitates release planning with stakeholders and manages sprint demos

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Graduates of bachelor’s degree programs in business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Relevant domain expertise in alternative investment Services domain or capital markets and financial services domain is required.
Experience in product-based roles in financial services industry is good to have.
Experienced with leading cross-functional teams
Experience with agile ways of working
Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
Strong communication skills, both with team and executives
Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team
Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
