As a Vice President in the Technology Recruitment team, you will ensure the attraction and recruitment of top talent both internally and externally. You’ll need a strong understanding of the Tech market and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices, using proactive sourcing techniques and proven recruitment delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical disciplines and ability to identify top talent.
  • Client-focused, supportive, and advisory approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with a variety of recruiting platforms (sourcing, technical assessment, candidate management platforms).
  • Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Proven track record of implementing best practices in recruitment.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide market data insights.
