Vice President, TEMENOS INDIA PRIVATE LTD Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President to lead key initiatives and drive growth at TEMENOS INDIA PRIVATE LTD. This role demands a visionary leader capable of transforming insights into actionable strategies and overseeing their successful execution across various product and market domains. Job Responsibilities * **Strategic Planning & Execution:** Lead the development and implementation of strategic action plans, translating market insights and organizational needs into concrete initiatives. * **Current State Analysis & Needs Assessment:** Conduct thorough analyses of current processes (AS-IS state) and identify critical business needs through in-depth and strategic questioning, both internally and externally. * **Market & Product Leadership:** Spearhead market research and analysis activities to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and inform product development strategies. Oversee the entire product lifecycle management process, from ideation through launch and iteration. * **Content & Solution Development:** Drive the development of compelling content and innovative solutions that address identified customer and market demands. Effectively present these solutions to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating their value and potential impact. * **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Champion data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement across product and service offerings. * **Resource & Project Management:** Plan and organize resources effectively, including project resource planning, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of strategic initiatives and projects. * **Team Leadership & Mentorship:** Provide strong leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Job Qualifications * **Extensive Leadership Experience:** Proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably within the financial technology sector or a related industry. * **Strategic Acumen:** Demonstrated expertise in Action Planning, Strategic Questioning, and Market Research and Analysis, with a strong ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans. * **Product Management Mastery:** In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, and Products/Services Management. * **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:** Exceptional abilities in Data Collection and Analysis, Diagnoses Needs with Questions, Analyze Current State/AS-IS State, and effectively presenting solutions. * **Organizational & Project Management:** Strong capabilities in Planning and Organizing, and Project Resource Planning. * **Communication & Influence:** Excellent communication, presentation (Effectively Presents Solutions), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science); a Master's degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
