As a core member of our Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high-quality work fl ow solu ti ons that both our clients and Business Units can depend upon.
The Vice President will play an integral role in designing and delivering work fl ow solu ti ons within the Citco Group. They will work with mul ti ple and diverse stakeholder-groups from across Business Units to op ti mize and digi ti ze opera ti onal processes in order to deliver posi ti on bo tt om-line results for Citco

DUTIES IN BRIEF:

  • You will own the execu ti on & timely delivery of mul ti ple concurrent projects end-to-end.
  • Help drive Citco’s workflow strategy across Citco Fund Services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Fund Services, Banking, and Corporate Solutions divisions to ensure seamless data flow and integration
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to capture true task status and performance metrics, supporting Citco’s commitment to operational excellence and SLA adherence
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solu ti ons; gather requirements and assess feasibility
  • Own and review solu ti on design documents that clearly ar ti cula ti ng Problem Statements; As-is & To-be states; UserStories; Proto-types & Success Criteria
  • Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solu ti ons
  • Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solu ti ons, RAIDs, reviewing deliverables, from execu ti ng to implemen ti ng change
  • Work with senior stakeholders to rollout solu ti ons to target teams / business units
  • Review product backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure projects are managed e ff ec ti vely
  • Establish best prac ti ces / industry standards while designing solu ti ons
  • Perform detailed risk analysis and repor ti ng
  • Mentor; Coach and develop sta ff to perform successfully in their current roles and progress their careers
