JOB AND RECRUITMENT CONTEXT

Implicity is looking for a proven sales leader with deep domain expertise in cardiology,
electrophysiology, and remote monitoring, who knows how to build, lead, and scale a revenue-generating team across the U.S. You will be responsible for commercial execution, strategic growth, and customer adoption across the country. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, North America, the Vice President, US Sales is responsible for optimizing the execution of Implicity’s US sales and revenue operations. This person will have budget responsibilities and
will oversee all sales related activities.

  • Own and drive U.S. top-line revenue performance; hit aggressive sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the U.S. healthcare landscape.
  • Identify, target, and win business with high-value hospital systems, cardiology networks, and private practices.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance U.S. field sales team.
