Description
Develop analysis and reporting on position and headcount management, supporting IRM senior leaders and IRM Resource and Business Management team Assist in developing content for executive stakeholder presentations related to human capital metrics Report on human capital metrics including organization health metrics, attrition, retention, recruitment, and location strategy Provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary working with the multiple internal IRM stakeholders Asist in executing Demand and Capacity Analysis across 1000+ direct staff and provide overall outcomes including opportunities and risks to senior management Review, design, and execute on improvements to the IRM Workforce Management processes and strategy Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure we have appropriate controls, procedures, and documentation across the team and that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary. Develop review content and agendas for leadership meetings Use excellent communication and strong management skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders including internal and external audiences; work closely and collegially with IRM CAOs and Business Execution Leads Ensure timely execution on critical items Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management with extensive experience in deck creation for senior leaders Methodical and proactive thinker who is also detail oriented with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to execute across IRM teams with high quality and strict timetables Proven organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to improve processes Effective verbal and written communication skills Team player and with strong relationship management skills Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external stakeholders 6-10 years of relevant experience Experience in financial services preferred.
