We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the Vice Principal of Business Development. This senior role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, advancing partnerships, and enhancing the College’s presence both domestically and internationally.
They will have significant practical experience and understanding of the Post 16 sector (Wales, UK and internationally); UK/Wales industry skills requirements and Welsh Government skills funding and priorities. A proven track record and experience of developing and delivering commercial activities, focussed on profitability, growth and innovation is essential
