• Lead and manage all aspects of the school’s operations, ensuring high standards of academic performance, student wellbeing, and staff development.
• Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals in alignment with ADEK regulations and standards.
• Oversee the curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
• Manage and support a diverse team of teaching and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.
