Rate Recruitment have partnered with an FE College in Scotland who are looking to appoint a Vice Principal - Student Experience

This role will focus on Curriculum Delivery and Student Experience, MIS and Quality, Student Support, salary £89k.

Overall Purpose of Job1. Lead the development and implementation of the College’s Skills and Enterprise Strategy.2. Lead on programme and project management and development opportunities which grow the business.3. Lead on all quality enhancement and compliance responsibilities.4. Lead on compliance with statutory duties e.g. PREVENT, Safeguarding, “the Promise”.5. Lead the development of key strategic partnerships that ensures the curriculum offer is responsive and reflective of local and national skills priorities.6. Provide advice to the Regional Board on all aspects of functions within the remit of the post.

Experienced gained in as a Senior Leader in the education sector is essential, preferably in an FE College.

The role requires 3 days a week onsite with 2 days working remotely, and the starting salary is £89k
