An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Further Education leader to join a successful college as Vice Principal - Student Experience.

Reporting directly to the Principal & CEO, you will provide strategic leadership across curriculum, quality, student experience, student support services and management information systems, ensuring outstanding outcomes for learners and stakeholders alike.

This is a key Executive Leadership Team position with responsibility for driving continuous improvement, enhancing the learner journey and shaping the strategic direction of the college.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across curriculum, quality and student experience.
• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Oversee Student Support Services, Safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities.
• Provide leadership for MIS and learner data functions.
• Drive improvements in learner achievement, retention and progression.
• Develop productive relationships with employers, schools, universities and external partners.
• Support the delivery of the college's strategic objectives and growth ambitions.
