It is the primary training establishment for the Royal Australian Navy personnel. This facility provides general medical, physiotherapy, pharmacy, dental, and mental health services, and operates a 30-bed low dependency ward. Whilst the health centre is open 24/7, standard working hours of operation is day shift Monday-Friday. The Health Centre is also responsible for the provision of after-hours services to ADF personnel on the Mornington Peninsula. What you’ll do • Deliver high quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations or monitor and manage patients in a low dependency ward setting • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals • Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care What you bring • Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse • Minimum one year RN experience in acute care, primary health care or military setting • Current CPR certification (HLTAID009) • Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance) • Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care • Ability to work a 24/7 roster Who we are Serco supports more than 12,000 professionals across Asia Pacific, delivering essential services in defence, health, justice, and beyond.
