About the Role The Victim Support Services Operations Support Specialist (Coordinator) provides essential administrative, outreach, and documentation support to the Victim Support Services team. This role helps ensure smooth departmental operations by assisting with claimant communication, email campaigns, document collection, and coordination tasks assigned by the Post-Acquisition Manager. Because this position may interact with survivors of trauma or sexual assault, a demonstrated interest in victim advocacy through education or experience is required. What you’ll do Assist with claimant outreach via phone, email, and scheduled follow-up campaigns. Prepare and send communication templates, reminders, and documentation requests. Maintain a trauma-informed, professional tone in all claimant interactions. Collect, upload, and organize claimant documentation in case systems. Track missing or incomplete documents and coordinate follow-up with the VSS team. Assist in preparing case materials or summaries for law-firm partners as directed. Support the VSS Manager and Post-Acquisition Manager with daily operational tasks. Maintain logs, spreadsheets, outreach trackers, and departmental inboxes. Help distribute updates, instructions, and case-related information to the VSS team. Partner with VSS staff across Las Vegas and Phoenix to maintain smooth workflows. Communicate clearly with internal teams and law-firm partners when assigned tasks require coordination. Requirements Your Background Interest in pursuing, or current background in victim advocacy, social work, psychology, or related fields required. Minimum educational requirement of some college coursework or an associate/bachelor’s degree in progress. At least one year of administrative support experience, preferably in an outreach, call center, or case management environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
