About the Role Tort Intake Professionals is seeking experienced and compassionate professionals to serve as Victim Support Specialists (VSS). In this deeply meaningful role, you will work on behalf of law firms to support survivors of sexual abuse who are participating in mass tort litigation. Your primary responsibility is to provide a trauma-informed, empathetic interview experience that ensures every survivor feels heard, validated, and supported. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in social work, counseling, or trauma-informed care who are looking to make a real impact on the lives of those seeking justice. Our ideal candidate is calm under pressure, skilled in crisis de-escalation, and committed to treating every interaction with dignity and care. What you’ll do: Conduct in-depth, confidential phone interviews with survivors of sexual abuse Create a safe space for survivors to share their experiences with trust and confidence Accurately document detailed case-related information for legal teams Manage sensitive or escalated situations using trauma-informed techniques Communicate case progress and concerns with professionalism and discretion Maintain complete and accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
