This is not just an ordinary tutoring position; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of aspiring students seeking entry into Victoria’s most prestigious schools. As Victoria’s leading Select Entry preparation program, we understand the challenges students face when navigating the competitive journey to selective schools. Many of these students feel daunted and overwhelmed by the Select Entry exams, and are misguided through their preparation due to a lack of effective support.
In this highly sought-after Assistant Tutor role, you will have the chance to mentor and guide these students alongside our experienced primary tutors, providing them with the personalised attention and confidence they need to excel. From supporting small group classes to conducting 1-on-1 consultations, your contribution will ensure our Select Entry program delivers a truly personalised and attentive learning community. You’ll be given access to high-quality teaching materials and will be required to do minimal administrative tasks, allowing you to focus primarily on what you do best - supporting student learning and inspiring them to reach their full potential!

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

️ Ability to commit for the full academic year (no long absences)
Sign an NDA to protect the organisation’s resources
❌ Agree to a non-compete clause (no group tutoring outside Contour)
Able to travel to campus locations
Genuine desire to help students reach their potential
