Description
Hypemasters is an international game development studio creating competitive PvP strategy games for mobile and PC. We are looking for a part-time Video Ads Motion Designer to drive the production of high-performing video creatives for our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for conceptualising, producing, and managing multiple video ads each month, working closely with the marketing team and external studios to ensure final assets meet performance and quality expectations. We are looking for someone highly creative, organised, and comfortable managing a fast-paced creative pipeline while consistently delivering engaging video ads. Responsibilities Conceptualise and develop creative video ad ideas showcasing game features and gameplay. Produce and manage the creation of multiple video ads per month for marketing campaigns. Analyse competitors and industry trends to identify new creative opportunities. Coordinate with external studios and creators to produce high-quality video assets. Manage the full creative production cycle, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and final delivery. Work with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign goals, target audiences, and KPIs. Ensure video creatives meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines. Monitor creative performance and provide insights for improving future ads. Stay updated on mobile game advertising trends, formats, and platforms. Requirements Experience producing video ads for mobile games or within the gaming industry. Proven ability to manage outsourced creative production. Experience developing creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns. Ability to manage a high-volume creative pipeline and deliver multiple videos per month. Hands-on experience with motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D). Experience creating or editing UGC-style ads. Strong understanding of mobile marketing channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok). Excellent organisational and project management skills.
