AXA- Global Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for a Video and Content Specialist to join the Marketing team . You’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and managing multimedia content to support the brand’s marketing, communication, and engagement efforts. You’ll provide expertise in video production, content creation, design and storytelling to deliver high-quality visual materials that align with the brand and marketing campaigns and the company’s key innovation projects.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and edit videos for various platforms including social, & digital media campaigns
  • Create content for events, external communications for digital platforms
  • Design simple assets for marketing such as infographics, digital posters, design of presentations and documents including some elements of copy
  • Work to content calendars and schedules to ensure timely project delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to develop cohesive content strategies
  • Analyse content performance and optimize for better engagement
