The Video Production Unit creates powerful films and imagery that bring the mission and work of The Salvation Army to life. To support this creative output we are looking for a Video and Imagery Technical Engineer to enable our storytelling by keeping our production and post-production systems running smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL

  • Oversee and maintain key systems including - Avid Media Composer suites on Macs using Nexis storage as well as local cloud storage and cameras, lenses, sound and lighting.
  • Act as the vital link between our creative team and IT, fostering collaboration and managing third-party contractors.
  • Ensure all systems meet operational and security standards.
  • Document workflows, train team members, analyse performance and explore emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
