WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Convert tours into memberships and private offices.
  • Curate the community: review applications, run interviews, onboard members.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and member experience.
  • Report on revenue growth and performance monthly.
  • Serve as Ottawa-based contact for Airbnb guest questions or rare emergencies (AI handles 95%).
