WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You already edit video confidently, especially within Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • You’ve used and are experimenting with AI tools in your own creative work, maybe you’re automating edits, enhancing voiceovers, or testing generative video tools. You’re ahead of the curve, not waiting for someone to show you.
  • You can shoot and light content for interviews, social snippets, and capture cinematic footage of live events.
  • You have an early understanding of video marketing, even if you don’t know all the ins and outs yet, you’re interested and eager to learn how content drives results.
  • You’re proactive, organised, and hungry to become the best at what you do.
  • Some experience (or at least strong interest) in streaming setups and AV gear is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to add a Video Content Creator & AI Editor to our Media team. If you are passionate about content creation, excited by the future of AI in media and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment, you might be a good fit for our growing team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the production and editing of engaging, high-quality video content across social media platforms, online education portals & event recordings.
  • Using the Adobe suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects) to cut footage, add motion graphics, and polish content for publishing.
  • Working with AI tools and workflows that improve the speed creativeness and quality of content creation.
  • Working behind camera on video shoots, both in studio and on-location filming, including setting up lighting, cameras, and audio.
  • Meeting deadlines, handling feedback with a growth mindset, and helping the team hit content goals.
  • Being part of brainstorming sessions around new content formats, marketing campaigns, and creative ideas.
