We are looking for a Video Creator & Editor (m/f/d) for our Social Media Team who is keen to inspire our followers with authentic content on various platforms and to actively shape our social media presence.

• Your open and authentic nature takes our 9:16 content to the next level.
• You develop creative social media content that inspires our community, and you appear in front of the camera yourself to present content in a lively and authentic way.
• Your main tasks include the conception and production of videos for Stories and Reels on the Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms. You will combine product and company content to sustainably increase reach and brand awareness.
• With CapCut or Premiere, you can independently edit raw footage into high-performing social-first videos – with strong hooks, fast cuts, sound effects, subtitles, and precise timing.
• You continuously monitor current trends and competitors and develop creative new approaches for our content.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for community management, actively interacting with our community and strengthening the exchange and real connections with our followers.

Your profile

• The digital world is your home and you know how to bring content, stories and brands to life through video formats.
• You stand in front of the camera with great passion and inspire those around you with creativity, a positive charisma and infectious optimism.
• You have a feel for current social media trends and know which formats are performing particularly well right now.
• You have a strong sense for social-first video editing and know how editing, pacing, hooks and storytelling work together to make content successful on a platform-specific basis.
• You already have some experience in the areas of social media content, video production and editing.
• You are confident in using social media platforms and tools such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• You will enrich our team with your "can-do" mentality as well as a solution-oriented and independent way of working.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
