This role requires extensive professional video production experience, preferably in broadcast or high-level live production environments. The director leads volunteer teams, maintains technical systems, ensures visual excellence, and collaborates closely with all production departments. Ability to work with both professional staff and volunteers effectively. Commitment to excellence, ministry values, and collaborative culture. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, conferences, and special events. Professional conduct, servant leadership attitude, and strong organizational skills. Spiritual Requirements: The incumbent in this position must abide by the Abundant Lifestyle Agreement and the Abundant Culture Guide and must attend at least one Abundant church service per week. Physical Requirements: Must be able to safely lift and carry items up to 15 pounds in weight. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Direct and oversee live video production for services, conferences, recordings, and events. Operate and supervise professional broadcast systems including camera shading, switching, routing, and signal flow. Maintain expertise with Blackmagic URSA camera systems and related production infrastructure. Oversee camera calibration, installation, maintenance, and upgrades. Lead and train volunteer camera operators, switchers, CG operators, and video technicians. Maintain video equipment inventory including cameras, switchers, routing systems, recorders, and accessories. Collaborate with lighting, audio, and staging departments for cohesive production execution. Assist with LED wall systems, installations, rigging coordination, and integrated production setups. Establish and maintain visual standards consistent with professional broadcast environments. Participate in event planning, technical rehearsals, and production coordination. Provide support for multi-campus events and special productions when needed.
