Our inventory services company specializes in providing precise counts of inventory for hospital systems. We are currently seeking detail-oriented Video Documentation Specialists for a temporary assignment. These individuals will be responsible for capturing high-quality video documentation of hospital inventories using GoPro cameras, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate representation of each item

DESCRIPTION

Description
We are looking for freelance videographers to help us with intermittent projects through 2025. Most projects will have a 7-14 day notice before the project starts, and
Overnight stays are required for most projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate various hospital departments and areas, recording detailed video footage of inventory items using a GoPro camera.
  • Ensure all items are captured clearly, taking care to capture labels, barcodes, and any other relevant details.
  • Coordinate with on-site hospital personnel as necessary to access specific inventory areas or items.
  • Upload recorded videos to the designated platform or database using a personal laptop.
  • Collaborate with off-site personnel to review footage and confirm the absence of errors or omissions.
  • Adhere to all hospital guidelines and protocols, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues with immediate supervisors.
  • Maintain open communication with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel to various hospital locations.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with hospital staff and off-site team members.
  • Familiarity with using a GoPro camera (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Experience in inventory or hospital environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
