As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our creative capability and looking for a skilled and collaborative Video Editing Lead to join our remote team. About the Role As our Video Editing Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things video inside the business. You’ll create high-quality content across a wide range of projects including customer video templates, How To guides, marketing pieces, webinar assets, and internal training videos. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams, manage your workload through a shared task board, and help shape the future of our video editing service. This is a hands-on creative role with room to contribute ideas and improve workflow as the product evolves. Key Responsibilities · Create, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for customers and internal teams. · Build and refine customer video templates, working directly with customers when needed to understand requirements and deliver accurate results. · Manage day-to-day tasks through a shared task board and collaborate with Marketing, Training, Support, and Product teams. · Maintain consistent quality and brand alignment across all video outputs, including final QC checks. · Research industry trends and customer feedback to identify ways to improve our video editing service. · Support strategic goals by aligning video projects with broader company initiatives. · Contribute insights and reports when required to support decision-making. · Communicate clearly with managers and teammates around timelines and deliverables. · Take ownership of tasks and follow issues through to resolution. · Comply with BoxBrownie.com policies and processes. About You You’ll be a fit for this role if you bring a mix of technical skill, creativity, and strong collaboration habits. You should feel confident switching between creative projects, customer communication, and quality control, all while keeping a high turnaround speed. You’ll also have: · Great people skills and a natural ability to communicate clearly. · Comfort giving and receiving feedback. · Strong task and time management skills. · Flexibility to adapt as the role and product grow. · The ability to work quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality. · Extensive experience with video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve. · Experience with image editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity is a plus.
