The Video Editor & Animator will be responsible for creating high-quality video content and animations to support the agency’s marketing, branding, and client engagement efforts. This role involves editing raw footage, adding animations, creating motion graphics, and ensuring videos are optimized for digital platforms such as the website, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. The ideal candidate will bring creative flair and technical expertise to produce visually appealing content that enhances the agency’s marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in video editing and animation, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation and motion graphics.

SKILLS:

• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent proficiency in video editing, animation, and post-production techniques.
• Ability to adapt video & static formats and styles for different platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and websites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
