We are seeking a creative and talented Video Editor to join our team in New York, New York. This is a Full-Time position dedicated to producing compelling video content that showcases the precision and artistry of our bespoke projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual narrative and engaging with our high-end clientele. Salary: $25,000 - $75,000 USD per annum, dependent on experience. Responsibilities * Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos suitable for our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. * Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project briefs, develop creative concepts, and ensure content aligns with our brand vision. * Manage all aspects of the post-production workflow, including colour correction, sound mixing, and the addition of graphics, titles, and other visual enhancements. * Organise and maintain a comprehensive library of digital video assets for current and future projects. * Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, professional, and luxurious feel. * Stay current with the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends to keep our content fresh and engaging. Qualifications * Proven experience working as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and storytelling skills. * Expert proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. * Experience with motion graphics and animation software, like Adobe After Effects, is highly advantageous. * A meticulous eye for detail, composition, and colour grading. * Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * An interest in the marine or luxury goods industry would be beneficial.
