Job Title: Video Editor Location: Remote - Latin America Salary: $7 - $9 per hour | $1,120 - $1,440 per month (negotiable based on experience) Schedule: Mountain Standard Timezone We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor who specializes in short-form content and paid social ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-converting Facebook ads and viral-style edits tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. If you live and breathe social media trends, have an eye for storytelling in under 60 seconds, and know how to make content that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Edit short-form, high-performing ads for Facebook and Instagram campaigns Create viral-style videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Implement engaging edits: fast cuts, captions, memes, effects, sound sync, and trending formats Collaborate with the marketing team to translate raw footage into scroll-stopping creative Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply them to video content Optimize video edits for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) Proven portfolio showcasing ads and viral short-form edits (Facebook, IG, TikTok) Strong editing skills in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Deep understanding of what makes content go viral and perform as ads Ability to work with minimal direction while meeting tight deadlines Creative mindset with strong storytelling and pacing abilities Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, sound design, and UGC-style editing What We’re Looking For Someone who has edited a ton of ads for Facebook Someone who has edited a ton of viral videos for Facebook, IG, and TikTok NOT just a long-form content editor—we need short-form specialists who can make content stand out instantly Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance.
